Getting Started

How does the trial work?
The FREE plan is available immediately after registration with no time limit. You get 50 relists per month and full access to all basic features. This is enough to test the service and see how Shopnito works.
Is a credit card required?
No. For the FREE plan, no card is needed. Payment is only required when upgrading to a paid plan (STARTER, PRO, or BUSINESS).
How long does setup take?
Setup takes approximately 3 minutes. Just connect your store account, set rules for relists, and activate the AI bot. Everything is intuitive and we have video tutorials prepared.

Plans & Billing

Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. The change is active immediately. When upgrading, a prorated amount is charged. When downgrading, the plan changes from the next month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for yearly payments. All payments are secure.
Is there a discount for yearly payment?
Yes! When paying yearly, you save 20% compared to monthly payments. The discount is automatically applied when you select yearly billing.

Features

How does the archive work?
The archive allows you to save your listings even after they sell or you delete them. You can restore them with one click, edit them, or use them as templates for new listings. Each plan has a different archive limit (10-500 items).
What is automatic relisting?
Automatic relisting automatically re-posts your items after they sell or after a set time. You can set rules - for example, relist after 30 days, change the price, or modify the description. This saves you from manually reposting items.
How does AI work in Shopnito?
Our AI analyzes your listings and suggests optimal prices, improves descriptions, and recommends categories. The AI learns from successful sales and market trends to give you the best recommendations.

You can reach us via email at support@shopnito.cz. PRO and BUSINESS users have priority support with faster response times. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
Do you have video tutorials?
Yes, we have a video tutorial library covering all features. You can find them in your dashboard after logging in, or on our YouTube channel. We also have written documentation and step-by-step guides.
